If your idea of a good night involves gunfire, grit and a healthy dose of chaos, LEGEND's November line-up will hit the spot. The channel's rolling out sixteen premieres that dig deep into everything from revenge-fuelled showdowns to explosive buddy cop classics.
KISS OF DEATH
The headliners alone are worth clearing the calendar for. Sharon Stone rides into Sam Raimi's wild comic-book Western The Quick and the Dead, with Gene Hackman, Russell Crowe and a young Leonardo DiCaprio adding serious firepower. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Belushi team up for Walter Hill's action-packed Red Heat, while Mel Gibson leads the charge in Roland Emmerich's sweeping historical drama The Patriot. Horror fans can brace themselves for Rutger Hauer's chilling turn in The Hitcher, and Nicolas Cage takes a darker detour in Barbet Schroeder's underrated crime gem Kiss of Death.
LAW ABIDING CITIZEN
Samuel L. Jackson gets double duty this month. He stars alongside Michael Sheen and Carrie-Anne Moss in Unthinkable, a brutal thriller about the race to stop nuclear catastrophe, before returning as the no-nonsense D.A. in Kiss of Death. Add in Jean-Claude Van Damme's Maximum Risk, Bruce Willis in Reprisal and Jason Statham's gritty Blitz, and you've got a full roster of action icons. John Travolta even drops in with Speed Kills, the slick story of a powerboat racer living a very dangerous double life.
TOTAL RECALL
Science fiction and sport aren't left behind either. Colin Farrell's Total Recall reboot takes viewers on a hallucinatory trip through memory and identity, while Tom Hardy steps into the cage for Warrior, the bruising MMA drama that packs more heart than it first appears. British crime caper Dead Man Running throws Danny Dyer and 50 Cent together for a 24-hour scramble to save their skins, while Eddie Murphy's sharp-talking negotiator faces a lethal game in Metro.
THE QUICK AND THE DEAD
And for a lighter change of pace, Charlie's Angels returns for its third season, airing weeknights at 6pm, bringing back that familiar mix of glamour, wit and roundhouse kicks.
With this line-up, LEGEND is doubling down on its name. Whether you want gunslingers, gangsters, secret agents or fallen heroes, November's schedule has it all. Tune in for the mayhem, stay for the nostalgia.
