TRAILER: Marlowe - starring Liam Neeson and in cinemas and on Sky Cinema from 17 March

Today Sky reveals the official trailer for Marlowe, a new Sky Original film starring Liam Neeson (Schindler’s List, Taken) in his 100th film, Diane Kruger (Inglorious Basterds,) and Academy Award® winner Jessica Lange (King Kong, Feud) – plus an ensemble cast including Adewale Akinnuoye- Agbaje (His Dark Materials), Danny Huston (American Horror Story), Alan Cumming (Goldeneye) and Colm Meaney (Gangs of London).

Marlowe is directed by Academy Award® winner Neil Jordan (The Crying Game, The Company of Wolves) and written by William Monahan (The Departed), based on the novel The Black-Eyed Blonde by John Banville. The Sky Original film will be released in cinemas and on Sky Cinema on 17 March and will also be available on streaming service NOW.

This neo-noir crime drama, which is set in the elegant era of the late 1930s, brings Old Hollywood to life as it follows private investigator Phillip Marlowe (Liam Neeson), who is hired to locate the ex-lover of a glamorous heiress (Kruger). It appears to be a simple case, but Marlowe (Neeson) quickly finds himself in the seedy side of the Hollywood film business, unwittingly caught between a legendary actress (Lange) and her rebellious, ambitious daughter (Kruger).
