Mad Max: Fury Road - Official Retaliate Trailer [HD]

The world goes mad 5.15.15.

From director George Miller, originator of the post-apocalyptic genre and mastermind behind the legendary “Mad Max” franchise, comes “Mad Max: Fury Road,” a return to the world of the Road Warrior, Max Rockatansky.

Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.

Tom Hardy (“The Dark Knight Rises”) stars in the title role in “Mad Max: Fury Road”—the fourth in the franchise’s history. Oscar winner Charlize Theron (“Monster,” “Prometheus”) stars as the Imperator, Furiosa. The film also stars Nicholas Hoult (“X-Men: Days of Future Past”) as Nux; Hugh Keays-Byrne (“Mad Max,” “Sleeping Beauty”) as Immortan Joe; and Nathan Jones (“Conan the Barbarian”) as Rictus Erectus. Collectively known as The Wives, ZoĆ« Kravitz (“Divergent”) plays Toast, Riley Keough (“Magic Mike”) is Capable, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (“Transformers: Dark of the Moon”) is Splendid, and supermodel Abbey Lee is The Dag, and Courtney Eaton is Fragile. Also featured in the movie are Josh Helman as Slit, Jennifer Hagan as Miss Giddy, and singer/songwriter/performer iOTA as Coma-Doof Warrior.

The cast is rounded out by well-known Australian actors John Howard and Richard Carter, supermodel Megan Gale, Angus Sampson, Joy Smithers, Gillian Jones, Melissa Jaffer and Melita Jurisic.

Ten years on from the events of Monsters, and the ‘Infected Zones’ have now spread worldwide. In the Middle East a new insurgency has begun.  At the same time there has also been a proliferation of Monsters in that region.  The Army decide to draft in more numbers to help deal with this insurgency.
We follow four fresh new recruits from Detroit as they all excitedly look forward to performing what they were trained to do.  At first it all seems like a game to them but things quickly change when they are given a special mission: to rescue five soldiers who have been lost deep in the Infected Zone.

The main focus of their mission is human but they are instructed to take down any creatures that get in the way along the route.  We have generally learned to live along side these giant creatures as much as any other land based animal. The military only strike to control numbers.  Venturing deep into the IZ, the young troops embark on a life-altering mission through the heart of monster territory.  By the time they reach their goal, they will have been forced to confront themselves with the true horrors of eradicating the alien threat.

While We're Young Movie Review by Carleton Rutter

WHILE WE’RE YOUNG is an openly funny cross-generational comedy of manners about aging, ambition, and success, as well as a moving portrait of a marriage tested by the invading forces of youth.

Stiller and Watts are Josh and Cornelia Srebnick, happily married middle-aged members of New York’s creative class. Josh labours over the umpteenth edit of his cerebral new film, it’s clear that he has hit a dry patch and that something is still missing. Enter Jamie and Darby (Driver and Seyfried) a free-spirited young couple, who are spontaneous and untethered, ready to drop everything in pursuit of their next passion. For Josh, it’s as if a door has opened back to his youth—or a youth he wishes he once had.  It’s not long before the restless forty-somethings, Josh and Cornelia, throw aside friends their own age to trail after these young hipsters who seem so plugged in, so uninhibited, so Brooklyn cool.
